Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO)
Based on a study of the client organization's recruitment processes, we will work out a model to reduce the cost per hire. This is achieved by deploying a team at the client’s offices and devoting part of TVA's own infrastructure. This service is designed for organizations which hire for most of the year (9 months or more) and require at least 300 closures yearly as an assured plan. Depending on the organisation's structure, the RPO can be implemented for the whole or a part of the client organization.
Managed Recruitment Services (MRS)
TVA Infotech will work for a select group or a project within the client’s organization for a set duration (typically 3 months) exclusively to close all the targeted positions. This model works on a service fee + success fee model with the SLAs linked to the service fee.
Aspire
A unique service launched by TVA Infotech in March 2005, Aspire enables companies to hire passive candidates and essentially enable the passive candidates to choose their companies in an environment of comfort and elegance.
IT TrailBlazers
Hiring for start ups has never been easy. Only a very rare kind of candidate chooses to work in a new and challenging environment. What's more, typically job portals do not filter candidates based on their interests. This makes hiring extremely complex for start-ups. TVA has dedicated a team just for start-ups ,a team that is extremely competent in understanding the hiring complexities involved, not to mention the mindset of the candidate who would want to venture into untested waters.
Typically the MRS model or Aspire model also works well for start ups.
Events and Rapid Hiring
The time factor involved in the hiring process is key in the overheated IT job market. TVA Infotech conducts hiring events for several clients each weekend. The process essentially eliminates the time-consuming step of CVs being sent to the client’s organization for review by the technical panels. We take on this responsibility, enabling the technical panel to concentrate on their projects and the actual interviews of candidates.
